Pondelle Privacy Policy

Pondelle ("the app") is a live wallpaper published by Pearkoder (pearkoder.com). This policy explains what information is involved when you use it.

- Your pond settings stay on your device. We run no servers and receive no personal data.

- The free version shows one small banner ad inside the app's Pondelle panel (never on your wallpaper or over the pond). You can also choose to watch a short video ad to try Pondelle Pro free for 24 hours. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

- Pondelle Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Buying it removes the ad and unlocks every style and paper and 4K captures.

To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google:

- your device's advertising ID

- your IP address, from which an approximate location is derived

- ad interactions and app usage related to the ad

- device and diagnostic information (model, OS version, crash and performance data for the SDK)

Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads can be shown. You can change your choice at any time in Pondelle → Settings → Ad privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Pondelle Pro users get no ads, and the app makes no ad requests for them. During a 24-hour Pro pass the banner is hidden; the app may keep one video ad ready so you can renew the pass. The pass is recorded only on your device (when it started and ends).

Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We receive a purchase token and the purchase status, which the app uses on your device to unlock Pondelle Pro. We do not receive your payment details. See the Google Play terms and Google's privacy policy.

- Your pond: its composition, its fish, your garden, your settings (style, paper, light, quality).

- Your collection: gifts, items, Field Guide sightings and quiet-time minutes.

- Pondelle Pro status: a cached unlock flag, so the wallpaper works offline.

- Captures: paintings you save with the capture button go to your device's Pictures/Pondelle folder. They are never uploaded by the app.

Your settings and the unlock flag may be included in your Android device backup, if you have backup enabled. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them from the device.

Device status the app reads locally: battery level, Battery Saver, temperature status, the system animation setting and the phone's tilt (to lean the pond a little). These are used only to reduce the app's own power use, and are never stored or shared.

Pondelle's content is suitable for all ages (rated Everyone / PEGI 3), but the app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are limited to content rated for general audiences (G), and sensitive ad categories are blocked. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us via pearkoder.com and we will help remove it.
