Pearkoder is a technology firm delivering high-end software solutions. Our offerings include AI/ML engineering, cross-platform mobile development, cloud-scale full-stack development, IoT architecture, and network administration solutions.

Additionally, we build and license proprietary products (e.g., SarusaraAI for agricultural telemetry and DeegayuAI for clinical operations management).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or products at any time without notice or liability.

To access certain premium dashboards or client terminals, you may be required to register for a user account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

All content, source code, visual design, icons, logos, patents, and software algorithms on this website and in our products are the exclusive property of Pearkoder (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for your personal or internal business operations, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Pearkoder technology without explicit written authorization.

You agree not to use our websites or services to:

- Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws.

- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or scrapers designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

PEARKODER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEARKODER (PVT) LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PEARKODER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sri Lanka.
