Pondelle Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Pondelle app and live wallpaper ("Pondelle"), published by Pearkoder (Pvt) Ltd, Kegalle, Sri Lanka ("Pearkoder", "we", "us"). By installing or using Pondelle you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Pondelle.

- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pondelle on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

- Pondelle is intended for users aged 13 and over.

- You must not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute Pondelle or its content, except where the law allows it.

- You must not use Pondelle to break the law, or try to interfere with its ads, purchases or security.

- Pondelle is free to download. The free version shows a small banner ad inside the app's Pondelle panel, never on your wallpaper or over the pond.

- Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are limited to content suitable for general audiences. Where required, you'll be asked for your consent first, and you can change your choice in Pondelle → Settings.

- You can choose to watch a short video ad to use Pondelle Pro free for 24 hours (a "Pro pass"). Watching is always optional. The pass starts once the ad reports the reward as earned; closing the ad early earns nothing. Passes don't add up: watching again resets the pass to 24 hours. When it ends, your wallpaper returns to the free version and your Pro choices stay saved. Ad availability depends on Google AdMob and isn't guaranteed, and we may change or end this offer. A Pro pass has no cash value.

- We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

- Pondelle Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks every painting style and paper, 4K captures, and removes ads. It is not a subscription.

- Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay.

- Pondelle Pro is linked to the Google account used to buy it, and restores automatically on reinstall or a new device signed in with that account.

- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. A refunded purchase removes Pondelle Pro.

- We may add, change or remove features over time. Pro will always include everything that Pro unlocks in the version you use.

- Pondelle renders a live watercolour painting. It adapts its detail to your device and pauses whenever it isn't visible, but it does use battery and processing power while on screen.

- Battery use and heat. Animated wallpapers increase battery use. Your device may become warm, especially at higher quality levels or frame rates (for example 60 fps when still), during long use, while charging or in hot conditions. Pondelle lowers its frame rate and detail when Battery Saver is on or the device reports that it is getting hot, but it cannot guarantee any particular battery life or temperature.

- You choose the settings. If your device becomes warm or the battery drains faster than you would like, lower the quality and frame rate in Pondelle → Settings, or stop using the live wallpaper.

- You are responsible for your device, data connection and any charges from your carrier.

How information is handled is described in the Pondelle Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

- Pondelle, its name, artwork, code and the Pearkoder name and logos are owned by Pearkoder.

- Paintings you capture with the app are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use. They carry the Pondelle signature; please don't remove it or sell the images.

- Third-party components are listed in the app's credits.

Pondelle is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every device or launcher. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearkoder is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from your use of Pondelle, including damage to your device or its battery, overheating, reduced battery life or capacity, data loss, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Pondelle Pro (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Pondelle at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. Sections 6–10 continue to apply after the terms end.

- We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, Pondelle will ask you to review and accept them the next time you open the app. Continuing to use Pondelle after that means you accept them.

- These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
