Velumi Privacy Policy

Velumi ("the app") is a live wallpaper published by Pearkoder (pearkoder.com). This policy explains what information is involved when you use it.

- Your pond settings stay on your device. We run no servers and receive no personal data.

- The free version shows one banner ad inside the app (never on your wallpaper). The ad is served by Google AdMob.

- Velumi Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Buying it removes the ad.

To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share with Google:

- your device's advertising ID

- your IP address, from which an approximate location is derived

- ad interactions and app usage related to the ad

- device and diagnostic information (model, OS version, crash and performance data for the SDK)

Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads can be shown. You can change your choice at any time in Customize → About → Ad privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Velumi Pro users get no ads, and the app makes no ad requests for them.

Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We receive a purchase token and the purchase status, which the app uses on your device to unlock Velumi Pro. We do not receive your payment details. See the Google Play terms and Google's privacy policy.

- Wallpaper settings: pond, theme, fish, effects and performance choices.

- Velumi Pro status: a cached unlock flag, so the wallpaper works offline.

- A performance record used by the Auto detail level.

- Preview images rendered by the app itself.

Your settings and the unlock flag may be included in your Android device backup, if you have backup enabled. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them from the device.

Device status the app reads locally: battery level, Battery Saver, temperature status and the system animation setting. These are used only to reduce the app's own power use, and are never stored or shared.

Velumi's content is suitable for all ages (rated Everyone / PEGI 3), but the app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are limited to content rated for general audiences (G), and sensitive ad categories are blocked. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us via pearkoder.com and we will help remove it.

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
