Velumi Terms of Use

Last Updated: 11 October 2026

Overview

These terms apply to the Velumi app and live wallpaper ("Velumi"), published by Pearkoder (Pvt) Ltd, Kegalle, Sri Lanka ("Pearkoder", "we", "us"). By installing or using Velumi you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Velumi.

1. Using Velumi

- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Velumi on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

- Velumi is intended for users aged 13 and over.

- You must not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute Velumi or its content, except where the law allows it.

- You must not use Velumi to break the law, or try to interfere with its ads, purchases or security.

2. Free version and ads

- Velumi is free to download. The free version shows a banner ad inside the app, never on your wallpaper.

- Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are limited to content suitable for general audiences. Where required, you'll be asked for your consent first, and you can change your choice in Customize → About.

- We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

3. Velumi Pro (in-app purchase)

- Velumi Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all ponds, themes, fish, plants, frogs and effects, and removes ads. It is not a subscription.

- Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay.

- Velumi Pro is linked to the Google account used to buy it, and restores automatically on reinstall or a new device signed in with that account.

- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. A refunded purchase removes Velumi Pro.

- We may add, change or remove features over time. Pro will always include everything that Pro unlocks in the version you use.

4. Your device

- Velumi renders a live 3D scene. It adapts its detail to your device and pauses whenever it isn't visible, but it does use battery and processing power while on screen. You can lower the detail level and frame rate in Customize → Performance.

- You are responsible for your device, data connection and any charges from your carrier.

5. Privacy

How information is handled is described in the Velumi Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Ownership

- Velumi, its name, artwork, code and the Pearkoder name and logos are owned by Pearkoder.

- Some textures, plant images and sky panoramas come from Poly Haven under the CC0 licence. Other third-party components are listed in the app's credits.

7. Disclaimer

Velumi is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every device or launcher. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearkoder is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Velumi. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Velumi Pro (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending these terms

You can stop using Velumi at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. Sections 6–10 continue to apply after the terms end.

10. Changes and contact

- We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, Velumi will ask you to review and accept them the next time you open the app. Continuing to use Velumi after that means you accept them.

- These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
